Lloyds Bank is promoting its revamped banking app with its biggest-ever multi-channel campaign, centred around the messaging ‘The power to do it all’.

Created in partnership with creative agency Adam&EveDDB and media agency Zenith, this latest push will form part of Lloyds’ ongoing ‘Lloyds moves everyone forward’ brand platform, devised by global brand consultancy Wolff Olins since Suresh Balaji’s appointment as CMO in 2023.

Running for six weeks, the launch campaign – which brings together more than 500 different assets in total – will showcase the bank’s new-look app, showing how it puts the power of finance back in people’s hands.

The fully-integrated push will span audio-visual, audio, outdoor, social media, digital, influencer marketing and gaming channels.

“It’s been a privilege to partner with Wolff Olins, Zenith and the Lloyds team to move the brand forward while staying true to its DNA,” Adam&EveDDB CEO, Miranda Hipwell said.

“This new, totally integrated campaign is the biggest yet and marks a fresh creative direction – bringing a little humour and levity, all grounded in the effortless power of the app experience.”

Balaji said: “Modern brand building is more than advertising. A brand is the sum total of all experiences and using design principles across the customer ecosystem is a non-negotiable for us.

“Our aim has been to take our stable, strong and traditional brands and make them even more timeless by applying our ‘experience-led-brand’ principles.

“Our new integrated campaign is a great way to show consumers how our app empowers people when it comes to their money and helps them take their next step forward.”
